How long does delivery take?
UK orders usually arrive in 7–10 working days (occasionally up to 14). UK delivery is free over £25. Delivery to the EU is tracked, usually 7–14 working days, and free over €30.
Can I return it?
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind: email hello@warmwired.com and we'll send the return address. Faulty or damaged items are refunded or replaced, usually from a photo. For hygiene reasons it can't be returned for a change of mind once the seal is broken (this doesn't affect faulty items).
