Terms of service
Terms & conditions
Last updated: 18 October 2026
These terms apply to every order you place on warmwired.com. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. About us
WarmWired is a trading name of Volodymyr Romanenko, a sole trader registered with HMRC in the United Kingdom. Address: 29 Trebovir Road, London SW5 9NQ, United Kingdom. Email: hello@warmwired.com. We are not currently registered for VAT.
2. Your order and our contract
When you place an order you'll receive an email acknowledging it. This isn't acceptance. Our contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. If we can't accept your order (for example, if an item is out of stock or there's a pricing error) we'll tell you and won't charge you, or we'll refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency of the country you're shopping from: pounds sterling (GBP) in the UK, US dollars, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars, or euros in our European delivery countries. As we are not VAT registered, no VAT is charged by us. UK delivery is free on orders over £25, otherwise £3.99. Tracked delivery is free on orders over US$35 to the US, €30 to our European delivery countries, and A$50 / C$50 to Australia and Canada; below that a delivery charge applies, always shown at checkout before you pay. For deliveries to the EU and the US, duties and import taxes are included in our price, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery (see our Delivery policy). Payment is taken when you place your order. If we discover an obvious pricing mistake we'll contact you before dispatch, and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Products and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Lifestyle photographs show products in styled home settings and are for illustration. Furniture, props and decoration shown around the product are not included. Colours may vary slightly between screens. The product description and specifications set out exactly what's included.
Our electrical products are USB or battery powered, or supplied with the mains plug for the country we deliver to, and should be used as described in the instructions supplied. Our massage products are for relaxation only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition.
5. Delivery
Delivery information, including typical delivery times, is set out in our Delivery policy. Items are your responsibility once delivered to the address you gave us.
6. Cancelling and returns
You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, and rights if goods are faulty. See our Returns & refunds policy for full details and a model cancellation form.
7. Our responsibility to you
If we fail to comply with these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or negligence. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products, including the right to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. We supply products for domestic and private use only and aren't liable for business losses.
8. Recycling electrical items (WEEE)
We're committed to helping you recycle your old electrical items responsibly. As a member of the Distributor Take-back Scheme (DTS), we fund local authority recycling centres where you can drop off unwanted electrical and electronic equipment free of charge, whether or not you bought it from us. Find your nearest centre at recycleyourelectricals.org.uk. Items marked with the crossed-out wheelie bin symbol must not go in your household bin.
9. Complaints
If you're unhappy with anything, email hello@warmwired.com and we'll respond within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of the part of the UK where you live. If you live outside the UK, you also keep any protections the consumer law of your own country gives you.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those shown on our website when you placed it.
