WarmWired is a small online home shop based in London. We sell cosy lighting, heated comforts, Christmas decorations, storage and simple smart-home gadgets: things that make evenings at home warmer and easier.
How we choose products
Every product starts with what people are actually buying: we track best-seller and fastest-riser lists for home and living in the UK, US, Canada, Australia and Europe. We then check each item against the same thing on Amazon, so our price is fair for what you get, and we only list products whose photos show the real item. Anything that keeps getting returned or complained about is taken down.
How delivery works
We work with fulfilment partners rather than one big warehouse. Items marked as UK stock ship from a UK warehouse and usually arrive in 2–4 working days. Other items ship tracked straight from partner warehouses in the US, Europe or Asia, usually in 7–14 working days. Every product page shows its own delivery estimate and the countries it ships to.

- US: free over $35 · EU: free over €30 · Canada and Australia: free over $50
- Duties and import VAT for the UK, EU and US are included in the price, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Faulty or damaged items are refunded or replaced, usually from a photo. Full details are in our returns policy.
